The ESOP Committee wants to serve all of MacPherson's employee-owners to the best of our ability. In order to do that, we need to know what MacPherson's is doing well, where we need improvement, and what aspects of the ESOP are unclear. As a way to gauge our current pulse as a company, we have created this survey. We will use this survey as an annual tool to benchmark where we are, currently, as a company. The survey will also provide us with a means for measuring improvements from year to year.
