Employee Engagement Survey - INSIGHTS 2016

Every employee has a voice, but it's not always heard. Now we would like to hear from you! I am pleased to announce that our Employee Engagement Survey - INSIGHTS 2016, is now launched.
This survey is significant as the results of this survey will provide key inputs into our Towers Watson Compensation & Benefits Survey which has also started. Your input as to what we have done well, areas for us to improve, what motivates and engages you to go extra mile, work well as a team, and so forth, will provide the necessary foundation for us to improve further. As such, it is important that you provide thoughtful and honest responses to the survey.
I strongly urge you to spend a little time to provide us with your feedback and should you have any difficulty in accessing the survey, please contact HR.
Once again, I wish to remind you that the individual responses will be treated with strict confidentiality and only the HR will have access to the information.
