You are invited to participate in our survey concerning the changes in the company Apator taking place in the period of transition to market economy in Poland. We would like to analyze how Apator survived the difficult economic change, adjusted their strategies to the new economic system and what was the most important factors that led the company to success.

It will take approximately 8 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. Because you are a person who was taking part actively in these significant changes at Apator, your participation is very important for us in order to understand how the company introduced new ways of functioning and how changes of the management mode and organizational strategies occurred.
