You are invited to participate in this survey being conducted by the Evaluation Center at Western Michigan University for the NSF funded CREOSA program at Delaware State University regarding mentoring at DSU. As part of the study, we are talking to Faculty about the mentoring they provide at DSU. Your thoughts and opinions on this subject are very important to us. We look forward to receiving your input. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project.
