Dear Colleagues,

As you are all aware, we have come a long way in establishing our independent IT function. We are now completely independent and have our own infrastructure for hosting our Case Management System, New Website, Email, Black Berry and all other IT Services. We are currently working on finalising our IT and information security polices and adding other innovative services that will help us offer better and more reliable services to our customers.

We have come a long way and we thank you all for your cooperation and support.

At this juncture we would like to hear from you in order to improve and align our IT operations in way that enables all of you to be more efficient and ultimately offer better services to our customers.
