As previously communicated to you during the EXM POU Town Hall, the Deletions and Divestiture Project team are inviting you to participate in our Voice of the Customer survey on the Deletions and Divestiture process currently in place in EXM.

The deliverable of the project is to define a cross functional process to manage deletions and divestitures within  the  ExM business.

In order to build the most effective process to meet the business needs, we want to gain a clear understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the current process.

The survey contains 9 questions and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
