It has been one of my goals to have a solid educational services team. Our team’s focus is to improve student achievement district-wide. Our essential role is to “serve” the sites as we build a focused, coherent instructional program across our district. Ultimately, we want to prepare our students for their lives beyond Covina-Valley and into the 21st Century (just in case you needed to hear it one more time).

The following structures are in place for us to come together: 1:1, Huddle-up, and Ed Services meetings. Initiatives, programs and professional development are planned through collaboration within the team as necessary. I have a strong desire to strengthen the team, ensuring increased effectiveness.
