Thank you for volunteering with CST. We appreciate the time and help you have provided to CST clients and staff. If you would complete the following Volunteer Exit Survey, it will help us provide the best possible volunteer experience to future volunteers.

In this survey, approximately fifteen people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about your volunteer experience. It will take approximately five to ten minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
