Thank you for agreeing to take this survey today. As discussed on the phone, we would like to know your opinion to the a new specially designed medical and care center that is designed to provide the highest level of care for senior citizens in China.
Not only will this care center provide international standard medical care, it will also provide a full range of services for seniors that may need help with day to day living and activities, or simply to provide a stimulating program of events and activities through which they can enjoy their later years in life. It is designed to specialized international standards to provide the highest level of care for seniors, in a home like and comfortable setting in a beautiful part of China, away from the hussle and bussle of modern life, but close enough to easily visit.
This new facility is based in Hangzhou, and I would like to briefly reintroduce this new service to you and then ask you to complete
