What is your primary role in your Branch office?
| |
Please rate the following five questions on a 1-5 scale (with 1 being not valuable and 5 being extremely valuable). |
| |
Please rate the value of single sign-on from CRM to BranchNet and visa versa.
What is single sign on? To access either system (CRM or BranchNet) you would sign on only once with bi-directional access. Meaning, you could log into the CRM and seamlessly access your BranchNet data without a separate BranchNet sign on process or visa versa.
Please rate the value of contextual linking from CRM to BranchNet.
What is Contextual Linking? When viewing a CRM client record and associated list of their accounts, you would be able to drill into BranchNet’s account details by clicking on a link in the CRM.
Please rate the value of client data aligned between CRM and BranchNet.
What is Client Data Alignment? Currently, client level data is stored in BranchNet Client Groups. Our goal is to set up a two way sharing of the BranchNet Client Group information to assist in client data matching, keeping the CRM and BranchNet client addresses, phone numbers, etc. aligned.
Note - BranchNet Client Group updates does not include other BranchNet systems such as the new account opening process.
Please rate the value of operational data alignment.
What is operational data alignment? Through single data entry, client information entered from CRM could be available for direct use in the BranchNet system without the need to re-key / re-type the information. For example, the CRM client information would automatically populate into the BranchNet new account opening process.
Please rate the value of viewing account balances from CRM.
What does viewing account balances in CRM entail? BranchNet could transmit account balances for each client to the CRM on a nightly basis. Inside the CRM system, account balances will be shown for each account and be available for aggregation and analysis in the CRM at the Client, CRM Group, and Advisor levels.
