We are working to understand what elements are most valued by internal customers in terms of our core functionality that drives your business, efficiencies and revenue. As Stephen Smith and Kevin O’Kelly Lynch mentioned in their earlier communication, we would like to speak to internal customers across the globe in order to obtain feedback on the current core functionality, specifically related to shared services performance.The leadership of the company has made a strong statement of their commitment to the adoption to shared services.
