You are invited to participate in our survey regarding Couples of Faith Marriage Program (Previously called Covenant of Love) at St. Thomas More. In this survey, approximately 100 couples who have attended Couples of Faith will be asked to complete a survey to help us improve the program. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Please respond by August 15th.

In order to provide a meaningful experience to St. Thomas More Couples, it is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
