COPTER Responder Training Needs Assessment
 
 
COTPER is conducting this needs assessment to identify perceived preparedness and response training needs for the CDC workforce. The results will be used to identify training needs, prioritize COTPER investments in preparedness training, and customize both the CDC University's School of Preparedness Emergency Response(SoPER) course offerings to meet the needs of the CDC workforce.

This questionnaire takes about 12 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. We appreciate your candid, honest answers, as all results will be analyzed and reported in the aggregate.
