The role of this advisory board is to advise on technical, financial, strategic and policy issues that may occur during the operation of our non profit, revenue generating incubator. As we make agreements with technology partners, school districts, major foundations etc., the advisory board would help with direction of new product development, IP, license agreements, revenue models and spinning off finished products as independent commercial ventures.
