Success in inbound marketing first begins with understanding your buyer personas. Who buys from you? What problems do they have? How can their problems be solved? If you start with understanding your prospective customer, then you will be well on your way to inbound marketing success.
 
 
 
Who is your ideal customer? This answer requires some descriptive detail. Answer the question in the following format: Ideal customer title at the ideal type of company (industry vertical).

Your prospects have triggers that cause them to seek out information. Typically, some problem arises in their company that causes them to try to find a solution (that you can provide in some way). For example: "a vp of marketing has noticed that their website has declining numbers of web visits" or "a CEO wants to expand their business into new regions".
