You are invited to participate in a survey that looks at consumer attitudes to funeral pricing.

To be eligeable to complete this survey you must have either:

Arranged
Jointly Arranged
Paid for
Partly paid for
Arranged payment for

a funeral within the last seven years.

In this survey, approximately 30 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about funeral pricing. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary, however if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
