IDEA 1: Our first idea is to have an informative visitor center located at the entrance of Coney Island, next to the bridge. A visitor center serves to convey messages to the public without having to disturb the fragile nature of the destination. A substitution method is achieved by providing informative galleries at the side of the visitor center, e.g. Sungei Buloh Nature Reserve |

In your opinion, do you agree that the following displays and facilities should exist at the Visitor Centre?

IDEA 2: An eco-trail park is the second idea in which our group has come up with. The concept of the trail is to utilize the evolution of technology and encourage interactive learning through each and everyone’s mobile devices. The eco-trail park will generally consist of the nature biodiversity found on Coney Island with QR codes available in front of each station. Upon scanning the QR code, your phone will be able to retrieve information regarding that particular species and educate users more on their lifestyles (for animals) and fruits (for trees). |
