Which layout of the concern list would you prefer?

Current layout - Each status has a tab, and shows the count of items. To view the concerns with that status, click the tab. BENEFITS: Always see if concerns of another status are present. DOWNSIDES: If the lists are short, have to click 2-3 tabs to review concern state.

Have all three statuses on a single list. Scroll down the list to first see "Active", then "Inactive" (if any), then "Resolved" (if any). BENEFITS: If lists are short, can see all states of concerns without additional clicking. DOWNSIDES: If the active list is long, could push other statuses off screen, making it unclear if any exist. If the Resolved list is long, would require loading all those concerns every time, even if they are rarely reviewed.

If a concern is resolved, how do you indicate that currently?

I drag it to the "Resolved" tab.

I right-click and choose "Resolved".

I refine it to add the word "Resolved".

When viewing resolved concerns, what information would you want to see on the concern list itself?

Name of concern

Effective date (date the animal began experiencing the concern)

Recorded date (date the concern was added to the system)

Resolved date (date the concern was considered to no longer exist for the patient)

Would it be helpful if the link to each set of lab results was included on the medical history grid? (Currently it is shown in the lab panel above the medical history panel.)

Yes, I would like to see lab results listed here too.

No, I prefer to look at the lab panel.

No preference

Don't know yet

If added to the medical history, which layout would you prefer?
List inside the visit note with other progress notes
List at the 'top level' as with communication logs

Should we added a “tech note” in addition to the “exam” and “progress note” as an option with any visit note, where a non-DVM could be the assigned person on a “tech note” and thus could release those notes?
