You are invited to participate in our survey "Concept Test_caregivers Online Search Engine Tool".
Having being a couple of times through the effort to find the appropriate caregiver for our baby and having seen that many families go through this trouble pretty often when looking for any type of caregivers, we decided to create an online database / search engine tool that will facilitate your efforts to find the best caregiver that meets your criteria . We would like to ask for a few minutes of your valuable time to help us evaluate this concept and design it in a way that will meet your expectations.
The caregivers search engine will provide you access to people who are seeking employment as nannies, housekeepers, senior care or gardeners. The tool will provide to the users the ability to select caregivers based on pre-defined criteria that best fit their needs such as - but not limited to - age, nationality, prior working experience, type of employment (live in, Live out, part time, summer employment), education, languages, salary range, etc. The users will be able to see feedback and rating by previous employers for specific skills (i.e. house cleaning, ironing, cooking, etc.) as well as critical behavioural elements (i.e. discretion, trustworthiness, initiative, treatment of kids, etc.).
Through this tools, the users will have the ability to retrieve - for the caregivers that they are interested in - their contact details, direct access to their references, and also set up online interviews and / or online appointments upon a fee.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
