What is compost?
 
Waste products that are reprocessed and manufactured into a new products
 
Organic plant materials, called organic waste, that will decompose to make nutrient-rich soil.
 
Trash that is buried in the ground that is isolated from the surrounding environment with a liner
 
Waste that is burned at high temperatures in order to reduce trash volume
