Combined oral contraceptives application

Dear participants : You are invited to participate in this questionnaire regarding academic research purpose by master student at Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia. This questionnaire will assess the applicability of using clinical decision support system regarding prescriping the appropriate oral contraceptives for each patient.
