This survey is about the British Standard ‘BS 8603:2013 Code of practice for wheelchair passport schemes'. This code of practice was published in 2013 and replaced the ‘PAS 900 Code of Practice for Wheelchair Passport Schemes’ that was published in 2010. It aims to improve the safety of wheelchair seated passengers in road vehicles.

There are ## multiple choice questions. Completing the survey should take less than ## minutes. Please answer the survey only once. The survey will close at 4 pm on Tuesday 30th September 2014.

Participation is voluntary and participants can decline to answer any question or withdraw at any time. The data gathered is not linked in anyway to the participant. The raw data will be accessible to only Michael Dolan and will be destroyed at the end of the project. The results of the survey may be submitted for presentation at professional conferences or meetings and publication in academic or professional journals.
