Dear Coaches,

This is a survey with questions created and distributed by our Coach Advisory Group representing all three regions. Dorothy Harper and John Schmitt represent SoCal, Nettie Sandoval and Gabe Escalera represent Central Valley, and Yolanda Peeks and Cathy Townsley represent NorCal.

The purpose of this set of questions created by your regional representatives is to understand how best to structure regional support of the coach network.

Regional support can be interpreted as inclusively as you would like. When considering your thoughts about staffing support, the following people support each region (in full- or part-time capacity): Nor Cal includes Pat Gemma, Cathy Townsley and Paloma Figueroa; Central Valley includes Gloria Zion, Kay Kezirian, Karen Rowe, Karen Ward and Mary Noga; So Cal includes Mike Miller, Leah Barta, Mary Breskin, Jeannie Murphy, Joann Merrick, Lorie Gonia and Diane Hansen.

Your previous recommendations are greatly appreciated. Look for changes directly related to your feedback coming soon!

The deadline to complete this survey is February 9, 2012 to give your colleagues enough time to compile this information prior to their next Coach Advisory Group meeting where they'll provide your region's feedback to the full group.

What are the regions doing now that is working well for coaches, in terms of staffing, activities, communication, etc.?

As a reminder, we have previously solicited feedback on the topics: coach recruitment and training, coach expectations (formerly named coach exit strategies), technology support, 731 support and now regional support.
