Dear Coaches,

This is a survey with questions created and distributed by our Coach Advisory Group representing all three regions. Dorothy Harper and John Schmitt represent SoCal, Nettie Sandoval and Gabe Escalera represent Central Valley, and Yolanda Peeks and Cathy Townsley represent NorCal.

The purpose of this set of questions created by your regional representatives is to understand how to better connect our main office at 731 Market in San Francisco with the coach network throughout the state and provide needed support.

Future topics will include: how regions are staffed to support the work of coaches and other topics that you would like to suggest or that your representatives would like to address.

The deadline to complete this survey is January 12, 2012 to give your colleagues enough time to compile this information prior to their next Coach Advisory Group meeting where they'll provide your region's feedback to the full group.

Pivot Learning is a large and dispersed organization that is trying hard to keep overhead down. We also value our coaches and want to strengthen the connection our coaches feel with Pivot Learning. Given this situation and goal, what do you need from "731" (main office on Market in San Francisco) to stay connected and supported?

What should "731" receive/request from you, our coaches, to connect and support the work that coaches do in the field?

Thinking about the communication strategies now in place, what should "731" start doing that they are not doing to support coaches?

What is your preferred way to stay connected with and supported by "731"? Please rank (1-5) the following in order of preference:
