Dear Participant
My name is Elijah Williams. Currently, I am a graduate student at Central Michigan University. This is my final project and the course I am participating is MSA 699, Integrative Analysis of Administration and you have been invited to participate in the research study. The research examines the interactions between senior and junior employees in their working environment.
To participate in the survey you must be age 18 or older. Your participation is strictly voluntary, you may refuse to participate at any time and your responses will not be used for official purposes. If you choose to participate in this project, please answer all questions as honestly as possible, and return the completed questionnaire promptly using the online survey.
The survey questions will take approximately 12 minutes to complete. There is no compensation for responding nor is there any known risk. In order to ensure that all information will remain confidential, please do not include your name, or any identification markers. The use of personal computers and I-phones are primarily recommended. A copy of the project will be provided to my Central Michigan University instructor.
The data collected will provide useful information regarding employee satisfaction, their work assignment and interaction between senior and junior employees. Complete and return of the questionnaire will indicate your willingness to participate in this study.
