Learning Goal/Purpose Statement: This activity will enrich the Registered Nurse’s contribution to quality health care and professional development by enhancing his or her teaching knowledge, skills, and attitudes in the clinical setting as an academic clinical faculty. The nurse is expected to utilize and apply the appropriate clinical teaching strategies and resources obtained from this activity to effectively facilitate the learning and socialization of the new generation nursing students.
