Good morning/afternoon, my name is ______________________ with Galain Research. We are conducting a brief survey on people’s preferences about local public safety alerts and warnings. The survey will only take a few minutes and we are not selling anything. Your answers will be confidential and will be helpful to the public safety industry. Also, you will be entered for a chance to win a new 42" flat panel television to be given away to a survey participant.
