Exit Survey

Hello:

You are invited to participate in our survey for Global Citizenship. In this survey, approximately 20 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about your beliefs, engagement, and mindset. It will take approximately 30 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can skip it. You may withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Sahtiya Logan at 410-916-8809 or by email at [email protected].

Thank you very much for your time and support. We appreciate your honest answers. Choose only one answer for each question unless otherwise noted. In the questions that follow, the term “serve” refers to voluntary or free work that is completed on behalf of the community, either as part of a course or completely on your own.
