The CCOHA has requested a pay freeze from all of the unions that work with CCOHA for 2014 and 2015. Both the Stagehands and Singers Union have agreed to a freeze for 2014 with further discussions to take place in the future regarding 2015. After an extensive meeting with Pat Pearce we as a committee (in conjunction with AFM Negotiator Nathan Kahn) feel that this request is both reasonable and fair for 2014. We also feel that accepting this pay freeze for one year (with further discussions to follow re: 2015) would help us to achieve other non-monetary goals which are reflected in this survey.
