This survey is for a college group project in order to help Salt Lake City Animal Shelter improve there events and services. We will be contacting you 1 week and 4 weeks after the adoption has been finalized by phone, or e-mail unless you are unwilling. Note: We are not part of the organization you are adopting from. Were using our own phone numbers and e-mail addresses. This is for professional communications between the clients and the students only.
