You are a business hotel in Gurgaon and have signed up with 12 OTAs. You are using a low cost channel manager to update all these channels. While updating rates on a particular date, MMT does not not get updated and a booking gets picked up on old rate which is lower leading to loss of revenue. If you would have been responsible for updation of rates for this, could you have avoided this? If yes, please elaborate how? If no, please advice why |
