Business Intelligence in the Cloud

Dear participant,
You are invited to participate in a study that will ask questions about your experience of using Business Intelligence tools in the Cloud (SaaS BI). The purpose of this study is to explore and evaluate the importance of SaaS BI for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The questionnaire consisted of 18 questions, divided into three sections. The content of the first section of the questionnaire aims to understand the adoption of SaaS BI solutions. The second part seeks to evaluate the solutions based on SaaS BI (evaluation criteria). The purpose of the third section of the survey is to explore the effect of the SaaS BI on the decision-support environments of the SMEs.

Participation in this survey should take less than 10 minutes of your time. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If, however, you experience discomfort you may discontinue the survey at any time. We respect your right to choose not to answer any questions that may make you feel uncomfortable.
