Measuring the Effectiveness of HSE Orientation Training
The purpose of this survey is to measure the effectiveness of HSE Orientation/induction training on employees as part of the company’s sustainability initiative.
The survey is divided into 4 sections related to training outcome evaluation; Reaction, Learning, Behavior and Results. Concluded by demographic questions.
This questionnaire is not conducted by your workplace. It is a part of a dissertation study that will lead to a doctoral degree. Your answers are important to the successful achievement of this process.
