Exit Survey

Hello:
You are invited to participate in our survey of a conceptual idea. In today's hectic word, the benefits of social networks are understood and many of us use them everyday to just stay connected, solve problems, or find new friends. In this questionnaire we would like to understand what social networks, forums or web sites you use, why you use them, and if there is a better way to use social networks to help solve important problems. It will take approximately 5-7 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Mike Diedrichs at 201-207-9097 or by email at [email protected].

It is understood and agreed that the person filling out this survey will not disclose any information gathered from this survey. All information regarding this conceptual idea is to be kept strictly confidential.

Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey now by checking the AGREE box.
