You are invited to participate in our blind date questionnaire. On the next page are a handful of questions to help us better match you with someone. Please be aware, that there are no guarantees in this and that realistically whether or not it will truly work isn't up to us it is up to you. The questions with the asterisks (*) are necessary (i.e. name, age, and such), the questions with the (+) are not necessary (i.e. preferred age range, etc.), however by not answering them please remember it reduces our chances of matching you with someone with similar interests.

Once matched with someone and you go on your blind date (via Azeroth or Skype or whatever), please remember that things don't always work out, if it doesn't work, don't force it. Love is a sensitive thing and in the end, try your best to at least make friends because our nerdiness alone is reason to continue to communicate even if only on a friend level.
