How satisfied are you with the following, in your interaction and ease of use of the current Blight service when:

* Logging into your Blight profile account
* Requesting password reminders
* Changing your profile details and alert settings
* Turning alerts on and off
* Initially signing up for the service and creating an account
* resetting or creating a new password, the 1 day delay/lag before the new password can be used to login to the Blightwatch website.
 
 
* Due to the uncontrolled cost of sending SMS alerts, how satisfied or unsatisfied would you be if we stopped sending SMS alerts and moved to an email only alert system? With the advances in smartphones, Email is becoming more of a push technology where users are notified almost immediately when they receive a new email. As a result of stopping SMS alerts that cost could be put into better service elsewhere.

NOTE: The SMS notification Blight Scouts receive that provides the lab results of the sample they submitted is not related to SMS alerts and Blight Scouts would continue to receive SMS notifications for the samples they have submitted. This question relates to the alert side of the service which the end user sets through their profile settings.
