Binding Site Group communications

We would like you to participate in our Communications Survey; this is designed to assess the current methods and impact of internal communications within Binding Site Group, and to understand the best ways we communicate in the future. Your view is important to us, as we need responses from across all levels of the company, in order to ensure a balanced view, and to help you get the information you need day to day.

Based on your feedback, we will develop a communications policy the fulfils your needs and ensure as a minimum that:

• Information is delivered to you by the most effective methods
• Communications you receive are clear and unambiguous
• Information reaches you when you need it
• You always receive the correct information to enable you to perform your job effectively

There are 20 questions aimed at understanding your views on the current system and help us develop a policy for the future. Most questions are in a tick box format so you can complete the survey quickly. So please take a few minutes to complete this survey within the next week, as we are eager to evaluate the responses and feed back to everyone. A Binding Site Group communications proposal will be submitted to the Directors for approval shortly after this.
