The purpose of this research study is to better understand consumer perceptions of products and brands in the marketplace. We need you to complete one survey for us, which will take about 10 minutes. You will need to complete each part of the survey before moving on to the next and you won’t be able to return to prior questions. There are no right or wrong answers; we simply want the response that first comes to mind.
There are no risks associated with this project which are expected to be greater than those ordinarily encountered in daily life. Your participation in this research is voluntary. There is no penalty for refusal to participate, and you are free to withdraw your consent and participation in this project at any time, without penalty. All information about you will be kept in confidence and will not be released. The records will have identification numbers, rather than names, on them; you will not be identified individually and we will be looking at the group as a whole.

Tesco is a UK-based retailer present in many countries. A supermarket similar to Walmart, Tesco stores carry a large assortment of products.
Tesco has historically had a good reputation for quality products and customer service. It is ranked highly by both customers and employees.
However, in the past few years, it has come under strong fire for questionable business practices. In fact, some analysts say that Tesco is focusing too much on profits and not enough on consumer needs.
