By checking the box below you are acknowledging that in exchange for assistance in identifying and securing a residential rental unit meeting your search criteria, Keep It Simple Realty is entitled to a fee equal to one month’s rent of the lease terms to which you agree. This fee may be paid entirely by you, entirely by the owner or property manager, or some combination of both according to the deal terms to which you agree.

By checking the box below you are NOT obligated to rent an apartment through Keep It Simple Realty; however, you do agree NOT to rent any of the apartments shown to you by Keep It Simple Realty through any other brokerage or directly through the owner or property manager of that apartment.

NOTE: If you are co-applying for an apartment with one or more roommates, by signing this document, you acknowledge that your entire party has received written notice of the fee terms above.

I am aware that, IF I RENT AN APARTMENT THROUGH KIS, I may POTENTIALLY be charged a Broker Fee equal to one month's rent of the apartment I select.
