You are receiving this letter because you have accessed the Barking and Dagenham IAPT (A&BIT) service within the last year. We are writing to all of the men that have used the service in order to get some feedback about how our service meets the needs of men and to get suggestions on how we could improve how we inform men about our service and the different kinds of things we can offer to them. We are particularly interested in men as overall men tend to seek help less than women and we would like to improve this.
