Hello.
You have been invited to participate in my survey concerning the differences between the Australian English and American English, basing on those differences which I have found in my field research.
What I am interested in, is how the native Australians perceive these differences, what words do Aussies prefer to use, and how do Aussies percieve the American English.
This survey should not take you more than about 15-20 minutes.
There are about 40(but really short!) multiple choice questions and 2 open questions.
I am open for any other of your suggestions concerning the differences between AusE and AmE.
Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and the results of this research will be reported only in my thesis concerning AusE and AmE. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact me by email at [email protected]
Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey now by clicking on the Continue button below.
