We are evaluating a new Text to Speach (TTS) AkA System generated voice vendor which is expected to provide a much more superior audio quality as compared to our existing system. In this survey, there are 9 pairs of audio clips, 5 English & 4 Hindi. Each pair contains one from new TTS Vendor and another from our existing system.
We would like to hear from you on which audio clip do you think is better in comparison to another. Your opinion matters! We will be deciding to go ahead with this vendor or not based on your feedback!
Listen to each of the clips and answer the choose one option to indicate if you would be happy to hear such a voice when you call a customer care center! You can choose None if you think both of them are not acceptable :).
