Exit Survey

Hello!

We would like to personally thank you for your help with this project. This survey will take you approximately 3 minutes to complete. The goal of this survey is to learn if AUC's departmental self-assessment system is effective. Your participation is important and meaningful. Please be completely honest in your responses. Your honesty will help us learn how to improve on our existing strengths as well as address and identify any weaknesses.

This particular survey is part of a larger project aimed at developing a long range plan for AUC. This survey is designed to aid the "Ensuring Effectiveness" task force.

Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary, and absolutely anonymous. There are no risks involved, just an opportunity to help the AUC improve by incorporating the experiences of the AUC community. If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. However, it is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Dr. Anne Justus by email at [email protected] or by visiting her in her office in Waleed 2078.

Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey now by clicking on the Continue button below.
