This survey is for athletes who have completed the baseline survey and are returning after 4 weeks. Note, you will be asked to enter your unique identification number from the Metrifit system. You can find this in the Settings.
Reminders:
The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and is to be repeated at 4, 8 and 16 weeks from commencing the online athlete monitoring program.
This study is being conducted by Deakin University researchers independent of Metrifit. Your responses are confidential and will not be disclosed to Metrifit or published in any identifiable form.
