In this survey, athletes who are new to using an online athlete monitoring program (Metrifit) are asked to answer questions on their use of the program, their training and aspects of how they think and feel. This survey is to be repeated at 4, 8 and 16 weeks from commencing the online athlete monitoring program.
The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
This study is being conducted by Deakin University researchers independent of Metrifit. Your responses are confidential and will not be disclosed to Metrifit or published in any identifiable form.
