Sense - Automatically turn on light when somebody enters a room.
Intelligence - Automatically turn on light but don’t turn on bedroom light after bedtime.
Customization - Automatically turn on light but set brightness to 10% after 10pm
Parental control - Restrict TV access to kids only 1 hour a day. And/Or limit turning on TV after 9PM etc.
Power saving - Automatically turn off to save standby power. (Do you know unplugging TV still consumes ~10W?)
Mobile ready - Control switches and wall outlets using your mobile phone so that you can turn on/off devices- For example you can turn off kitchen light from bedroom; Turn on TV/home theatre/setup at once from sofa.
Internet connected - You can turn on/off house lights from your office; can be used to fake house presence to scare away thieves. Similarly you can set notification when somebody turns/on off light.
Cloud Analytics - Based on electrical problem suggest solutions - (For example when your bulb goes out detect that and suggest you to buy a bulb - When your TV does not work, suggest authorized service center’s phone number and address.)
Accessibility - Elderly persons and disabled persons should be able to access the lights/fans without moving.
