I am Kedeon Ng, a pharmacy student from University of Queensland. As part of my final year, I am conducting a short survey to assess the public’s preference in the management of minor ailments. Minor ailments are defined as common or self-limiting health complaints that can be diagnosed without any diagnostic tests.

There are a variety of means to manage these minor ailments and in this survey we seek to understand how you would manage these conditions.

The survey will be completely anonymous and the information provided by you would be kept confidential. There are four questions and will take about five to ten minutes to complete. We thank you for your kind support and the information obtained will assist in the development of healthcare services that will be of greater value to the users.

Before we begin, do tell us a little about yourself.
