You are invited to participate in a research study that seeks to analyze the rescue task force response model regarding active shooter incidents and acts of mass violence.
You have been selected as a participant because of your career field, experience, and/or expertise in emergency services. The purpose of this research is to define a safe and efficient model for EMS response to violent incidents.
This survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete. There are not any risks or side effects to completing this survey, however your answers may help to shape future EMS response models. Participation does not cost you anything and you will not receive monetary compensation for participating. This study is being conducted through Arkansas Tech University and does not currently receive any funding.
