You are invited to participate in our survey about Cyber-bullying. In this survey, approximately 30 students from each year group at Papanui High will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about their own experiences with cyber-bullying and other knowledge about cyber-bullying. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only to the principle so that he can make a decision whether to take actions further about cyber bullying and get a larger knowledge on the topic.
