Are you a victim of cyber-bullying?

You are invited to participate in our survey on cyber bullying. In this survey, approximately 30 students from each year group at Papanui have been asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the background of cyber-bulling. It will take a maximum of 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project as your name is not required. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only to myself and the principle. Your answers will be used in a report to gain more of an understanding about cyber-bullying at Papanui high school and help decide whether steps need to be taken further by the school to lower the risk of cyber bullying.
